Offensive Lineman Kevin Jarvis signed a one-year deal per the Buffalo Bills.
03/27:
According to Adam Schefter, the Buffalo Bills have signed Saftey Taylor Rapp to a 1-year deal. Rapp is a starting-caliber Safety who now opens up more flexibility on defense.
03/23:
Jon Scott reported Guard David Edwards has signed with the Buffalo Bills. Edwards has prior experience at both Guard spots and could possibly make a run at starting at Right Guard.
03/20:
According to Adam Schefter, the Bills have reached a one-year agreement with Running Back Damien Harris. As a member of the Buffalo Bills, Harris will be positioned as their RB2, but there is potential for him to share the RB1 role with James Cook.
Wide Receiver Trent Sherfield has agreed to a 1-year deal with the Bills, per Adam Schefter. A speedy wide receiver with good size. Sherfield will likely compete for the WR4 or WR5 spot.
03/15:
According to Ian Rapoport, the Bills have signed quarterback Kyle Allen. With a close friendship to Josh Allen, Kyle brings his experience as a young quarterback with high potential, albeit inconsistent at times.
Adam Schefter reports that wide receiver Deonte Harty has agreed to a 2-year deal with the Bills. Also known as Deonte Harris, he is expected to fill the WR3 position and provide punt return skills. Field Yates adds that Harty's contract has a maximum value of $13.5 million, with $5 million guaranteed.
Mike Garafolo reports that guard Connor McGovern has agreed to a 3-year deal with the Bills. Having started in all 16 games for the Cowboys last season, he brings his experience to the Bills and is expected to join Ryan Bates as a Day 1 starter at guard. This acquisition is highly regarded as an excellent pickup for the Bills.

Tight End Tommy Sweeney is signing with the New York Giants, per Jordan Raanan. Sweeney looks to compete for a roster spot on the New York Giants.
Per Josina Anderson, Wide Receiver Jamison Crowder is signing with the New York Giants. Crowder only played 4 games with the Buffalo Bills in 2022 before he suffered a broken ankle.

Running Back Devin Singletary is signing with the Houston Texans, per Ian Rapoport. Singletary has been the Bills’ RB1 for the past four seasons.
03/17:
Per Adam Schefter, Wide Receiver Isaiah McKenzie has been released by the Bills after Brandon Beane’s move to acquire Deonte Harty. McKenzie’s role in this offense became repetitious. McKenzie signed with the Indianapolis Colts on 03/21.
03/15:
Ian Rapoport reports linebacker Tremaine Edmunds will join the Chicago Bears. Edmunds, who was drafted by the Bills in 2017 as the 16th overall pick, has been the defensive play-caller for the Bills and has achieved over 100 tackles in each of his first five seasons. The loss of Edmunds will create a significant gap in the middle of the Bills' defense.
Aaron Wilson reports that quarterback Case Keenum will be signing with the Houston Texans. Keenum, who served as the Bills' backup quarterback for one season, will be leaving Buffalo, leaving a vacancy behind Josh Allen that the Bills will need to fill. The deal, according to Ian Rapoport, is valued at $6.25 million, with $4 million guaranteed.
