For context, OBJ will make at least $15,000,000 with his one-year contract with the Baltimore Ravens in 2023. The Bills need to evaluate whether investing such a significant amount of money in a single player is worth it, especially when they have other areas of the team that could use attention and improvement.

Furthermore, the question arises: How much does DeAndre Hopkins really move the needle for the Bills? While Hopkins is undoubtedly a top-tier receiver and has consistently performed at an elite level throughout his career, analyzing how his addition would impact the team's overall performance is essential.
